Walter S Chambers, founder of Mill Creek Protection Services, has over twenty years experience in both the public and private sectors of law enforcement. He graduated from Carthage College, Kenosha, Wisconsin with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, Walter has completed various post graduate courses in security administration. He is a licensed security contractor,security consultant and private investigator.
