Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes we are, we are fully insured and bonded. Our Security Lic# is 122-00470 and Our Investigation Lic# is 117-0001084. We also have notaries on staff. Back to Top

Do you serve process?
Yes we do we have one rate for the Chicagoland area all the way to metro Milwaukee area. Most of our papers are served within 48 hours Back to Top

Do you have references and are they names I would recognize?
Yes we have references available upon request and some of the companies we do business with are ADT alarm system(providing guard and consultant work) and Salton Corp make of the George Foreman grill and other household appliances(providing corp security/Investigations) Back to Top

Are your rates comparable to others?
Yes our rates are comparable to other companies in the industry, some of our rates are better but we strive to give our customer the best in everything we do. Back to Top

As an investigator do you follow spouses or boyfriends/girlfriends?
Yes and No, Ilinois and Wisconsin are no fault states so we encourage a client not to waste money but if they want it as a peace of mind tool then we will work with them to help. Back to Top

Do your officers/agents carry weapons?
Yes most of our officers/agents are armed and highly trained. They also do continuing education to ensure that we are ready for anything our clients need. Back to Top

I have an emergency and need security or an investigator, can you respond on short notice?
Yes, we have several officers/agents on call and able to respond to a client that has a situation that is in need of fast action or attention. Back to Top

Are you available 24/7?
Yes you can contact our office 24/7 if you get our voice mail just leave a message and the on-call agent will be paged and return your call asap. Back to Top
